Tofu Cubes for Salads and More!

extra firm tofu, cut into cubes
Combine tofu cubes, oil, garlic and paprika in a bowl and allow to stand about 1 hour at room temperature, or even overnight in refrigerator. When ready to use simply heat a small heavy bottomed skillet, add everything and stir-fry 2-3 minutes, or even longer if you wish to brown them slightly. Toss into salads or pasta dishes.
