Cornish Game Hens with Mustard Glaze

1-2 Cornish hens
Fill the lid of a clay pot with water and allow to stand while you prepare the ingredients. Wash and tidy up the game hens and place in the bottom of the clay pot. In a measuring cup, whisk together the maple syrup, mustard, curry powder, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour over the hens. Snip over the top some parsley or cilantro. Drain the water for the lid and place on the pot. Microwave on high for 20-25 minutes, or until done.
