Smoked Salmon Appetizers

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at Make as much or as little as needed for your event!

1 - 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
smoked salmon, julienne cut slices
1 preserved lemon, chopped into fine dice
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon snipped fresh basil
freshly ground pepper
crackers and or baguette slices

Place the cream cheese on a nice serving plate. Top with smoked salmon and preserved lemon. Drizzle with olive oil. Top with the fresh basil and pepper. Serve with crackers or baguette slices.
