COTR Salad
Clean Out The Refrigerator
1 pound interesting shaped pasta
olive oil
salt
raw or cooked pieces of vegetables, even potatoes are great
grapes or other fruit chunks
celery
olives
marinated things
salad dressing
grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
Cook pasta in boiling, salted water with the olive oil added. Drain and put into a beautiful bowl. Clean out the refrigerator, adding interesting shapes, flavors, and colors. Drizzle with good quality salad dressing, garnish with cheese, and serve.
