Grapes or Dried Apricots with Blue Cheese

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at

freshly washed and dried seedless grapes, or dried apricots
Stilton, Gorgonzola, or Roquefort cheese
toasted almonds, pecans, or hazelnuts finely ground

Wash, drain the grapes. Allow the cheese to stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour. Wrap each grape (brush any moisture off with a towel if needed) with some of the cheese and sprinkle with the finely ground nuts. Arrange and serve. Or, spread the softened cheese on top of a dried apricot, sprinkle with nuts and serve.
