Blend the meat and turkey with your hands or a spoon until finely minced, adding the celery, onion, bread crumbs, tomato paste, salt and pepper, and herbs. Shape into small balls or Easter eggs and roll in flour. Arrange in a baking dish, sprinkle with paprika. Bake 20 minutes, or until done. Combine orange marmalade and BBQ sauce in a glass measuring cup or bowl and heat in the microwave for about 1 - 2 minutes. Place meatballs in a serving dish and add the sauce.
