Cocktail Meatballs

1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 pound ground turkey
1-2 stalks celery, very finely chopped
1/2 onion, very finely minced
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons tomato paste
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
flour to coat
Zip or paprika

for the sauce:
1/2 cup orange or other marmalade
1/3 cup Chinese Marinade or BBQ sauce
snipped green onions or parsley
other seasonings, as desired, such as horseradish or chili

Blend the meat and turkey with your hands or a spoon until finely minced, adding the celery, onion, bread crumbs, tomato paste, salt and pepper, and herbs. Shape into small balls and roll in flour. Arrange in a baking dish, sprinkle with Zip or paprika. Bake 20 minutes, or until done. Place in chafing dish and add the sauce. Serve with toothpicks or fondue forks.
