Chocolate Leaves

1/2 pound Guittard's milk, white, or dark sweet chocolate (or green mint chocolate)
fresh lemon or orange leaves, or camellia or rose leaves

Microwave the chocolate on high in a measuring cup for 1 minute. Stir to finish the melting. Wash and dry each leaf. Brush melted chocolate on one side of each leaf, being careful not to let the chocolate overflow the edges. Place on a waxed paper sheet and allow to harden. Gently peel away and discard the leaf and use the chocolate leaves for a fabulous edible garnish.
